You Can Install PHP Without Abyss server.In Abyss server there need adittional configuration and it dosent provide MYSQL and Apache servers.In XAMP or WAMP we dosent need to install this separately and it is Easy to Install by a common user and it dosent need additional configuration and creation of webserver.
