                                Very prideful to introduce you the very famous book written by our eminent young writer Chetan Bhagath, " What young India want".
 Chetan Bhagat  born 22 April 1974 is an Indian author, columnist, screenwriter, television personality and motivational speaker, known for his English-language dramedy novels about young urban middle-class Indians.
A noted public intellectual, Bhagat also writes columns about the youth, career development[1] and current affairs.[2][3] for The Times of India (in English) and Dainik Bhaskar (in Hindi).
Bhagat's six novels have sold a total of seven million copies. In 2008, The New York Times cited Bhagat as "the biggest selling English language novelist in India’s history".[4][5] Movies based on Bhagat's novels include 3 Idiots, which held the record for the highest-grossing Bollywood movie ever made.
Bhagat's screenwriting efforts have included the dramedies Kai Po Che! (2013) and 2 States (2014) and the action-superhero movie Kick (2014). He won the Filmfare Award for Best Screenplay for Kai Po Che! at the 59th Filmfare Awards in January 2014.


ABOUT THE TEXT

What Young India Wants is a non-fiction book by Chetan Bhagat. A compilation of his speeches and essays,[1] it focuses on Indian society, politics the youth. The book revolves around Bhagat's thoughts and innovations on how to improve the Indian economy through social reforms. It also criticizes the dis-function of the Indian government as well as moralities regarding the current condition of India. Bhagat writes about how India can be a progressive society in the future. He talks about the rampant corruption in India and how society should change to rid it. The theme is central to his dream of a free and forward thinking India.
Published in August 2012, the book was universally panned by critics.
